“I was recommended by Michelle's by my nail salon.I have been wanting to highlight my hair for over a year. Just never made the time to do so. I decided 2024 was about me and made that call. I spoke to Michelle and Ask, I know short notice, but is there anyway you can get me in for my bday. She bent over backwards to get me in on a few day notice and made it work even though there was a busy schedule and I was new client. I got to my appointment early and I was greeted by a stylist who was working on another client at the time. She was welcoming asked me if I wanted coffee while I wait for my stylist very friendly. My stylist was Juliette. She was experienced knowledgeable and so sweet and talkative. My hair came out beautiful better than I wanted.My entire experience With Michelle's was amazing great customer service. And you don't find that anywhere anymore. Great product my hair look beautiful. I felt better about myself walking out. I would definitely recommand michelle's michelles as well as my stylist Juliette.
