The serviceman that came to my house was extremely kind and very patient in explaining to me all the details of the services that could be done for my problem. He was extremely helpful in explaining what has happened, and how it's going to be fixed. I would definitely recommend him again. Isaiah was truly a lifesaver for me in this situation. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup recently. My sewer line collapsed on Jan. 14. Dennis and the water mitigation team came out and dealt with that emergency situation and mitigated to make sure further damage did not occur. They tore out part of my walls, floors, etc., and set up huge fans to dry everything out and prevent mold. Then David in the plumbing area took over and did A-1 work, he also set up for the excavation team to come out for the dig and replace the sewer line. Everything was done within a few days.
