“I ordered flowers for delivery as a surprise for the opening of my husband's new business, which is in a large building with other offices/suites. There's no doorman or reception (just an intercom/buzzer system), so I noted in my instructions for the delivery person to call me and I'd meet them outside to pick up the flowers.

It was just my husband and I running the opening (it's a small business), and in classic bad luck/bad timing, the deliveryman called to say he was almost there just as my husband was about to deliver his welcome speech to his guests (which I was in charge of filming) and the building's buzzer system was experiencing issues that day, so there was no way for me to let the deliveryman in remotely. I sent a text asking him to just leave the flowers outside by the main entrance and I'd assume responsibility if anything happened to them before I was able to pick them up.

Instead, the delivery man went above and beyond and found someone who was able to let him into the building and leave the flowers safely inside. I picked them up a bit later and they were beautifully arranged and well-packaged. I felt awful having to leave the deliveryman in that position, but my husband loved the surprise gesture. I'll definitely be ordering again in the future (and will make sure delivery goes more smoothly on my end)!“

“I am at this location at least once a week . I always have a pleasant interaction with employees because most of them know me by seeing me . Today was a day that Nicole at the door checking out guest apparently wasn’t having a good day . We had two shopping carts but used two cards . Instead of her listening to what I had to say , when I pulled the item up that I had for it to be scanned . She says to me “ and you act like that and have a Bible in your cart “ . First and foremost when is associates concerned with what people purchase ? Her attitude sucked . I spoke with Taylor the manager on duty and explained what happened . I will be speaking to the store manager tomorrow . Somethings is unacceptable to let come out your mouth . It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and she was very unprofessional. Other customers were looking like wow did she really say that to another customer . I will be reporting her to corporate as well“
