I live in Florida, and I needed to order flowers for a family member’s funeral in Philadelphia with very little notice. Several florists outright laughed at me when I called, but NE Flower Boutique was very kind and helpful. They created a spectacular arrangement and delivered it plenty of time for the ceremony.
