Very efficient. I went in with a prescription for an X-Ray, did not need an appointment. I arrived at 9:20 and back in my car by 9:52. Everyone was friendly and helpful for the most part.
I moved from Hudson County to Morris County and the difference is worlds apart. Past experiences I'd be waiting 20/30 minutes just to be seen but I was so pleased with how fast and organized this process was!

Had to go there for a CT, Marylynne and Danielle were the nicest, kindest people I have met. They should be acknowledged for their excellent customer service. Two of the best RNs I have met!

I'm a bit surprised by all the bad reviews, but I also only needed a walk in (no appointment required) x-ray. It was a Tuesday at 12:30pm and did not seem that busy. My doctor is from Atlantic health, but not in that building.

When you first walk in, you go to the central registration and put your name on a clipboard. They took about five minutes to call my name. They will then schedule you for whatever you need with whatever department and send you to their waiting room. I went off to radiology and was sat in their waiting room for, at most, 10 minutes. Test was done in another 10 minutes.
