Morristown Medical Center Health Pavilion provides excellent care and service. From the receptionist to radiology, staff are empathetic and explanatory. Patients experience minimal wait times and receive their test results promptly. The medical professionals, including nurses and doctors, demonstrate exceptional care and excellence in their work. Overall, patients have wonderful experiences and highly recommend the facility.
I have not had this trouble in a while, amd I do like the convenience of this location. Review revised.
==== (obsolete) === This review is low because their phone rotor is broken and you can't reach some departments. Sometimes you can't reach a person to help you without just picking different options until you finally find one that works (but isn't what you needed) and asking them to transfer you. An example is option 1 then 5 Women's Health. It just hangs up on you. I have had trouble with other options also. If none of the options seem correct and you try 0, the system also says it doesn't understand, says goodbye, and hangs up on you. This bad service is unacceptable.… read full review

My son had his surgery done here. Very friendly and attentive medical staff. We didn’t sit around too long by ourselves the medical team felt like family. The procedure went very well and recovery is going smoothly. The facility was very clean and the cafe on the first floor was nice to eat at especially while waiting for the procedure to be done. We had a great experience here.

Today Afraz Alt, Vascular Tech, administered my physician ordered ultrasound. Afraz was thorough and affable. His kindness along with his expertise was a nice surprise and greatly appreciated by me. (his approach calms the nerves). Kudos to Afraz. He should be acknowledged by your center for his above and beyond expertise and temperament.
