The experience was very very impressive. I appreciate it the way I was treated and the way the test was done very professional. I enjoyed my interaction with Dr. Wood. Forgive me if I didn’t get her last name right but she was excellent.
November 24,2025, I had an appointment with Dr. Susan Woods Au.D., Concerned about my hearing, I went through several tests. She was excellent. Explained everything in detail, asked questions and recommend an ENT to see and evaluate my condition. I found her to be honest, trustworthy and really know her stuff! Highly recommend her and this office.
The Speech & Hearing Associates were very accommodating and got my 5 year old daughter in as quickly as possible for a speech evaluation. They were also timely with the evaluation report.
They provided a test session to be sure that insurance would cover what they said would be covered so that a high bill would not be racked up. I appreciated this a lot as money can be tight & insurance companies not always the clearest.
Emily at the front desk explained everything & although my daughter is on a waitlist for the Denville location she was able to set us up at the next closest location so that we would not have to wait long for services.
