Yon-Ka Paris U.S.A.
“I will be updating this review to include products but I need to commend Yon~Ka and their customer service team!!! Once the customer service agent I had been emailing with realized I, as the client had been caught in the middle of a very unexpected return shipping issue, she took steps to make sure I received the store credit due to me! I received a personal phone call of apology as well as an explanation of what had gone wrong! My account now has my store credit and I’m looking forward to using it! Thank you Sue for figuring it out and thank you Rafael for pushing my refund forward!”
