Once the customer service agent I had been emailing with realized I, as the client had been caught in the middle of a very unexpected return shipping issue, she took steps to make sure I received the store credit due to me! I received a personal phone call of apology as well as an explanation of what had gone wrong! My account now has my store credit and I’m looking forward to using it!
