Once the customer service agent I had been emailing with realized I, as the client had been caught in the middle of a very unexpected return shipping issue, she took steps to make sure I received the store credit due to me! I received a personal phone call of apology as well as an explanation of what had gone wrong! My account now has my store credit and I’m looking forward to using it! Thank you Sue for figuring it out and thank you Rafael for pushing my refund forward!“

“Great place! I loved my masseuse, Aruby (might be mispelled here). She did a nice deep tissue massage and fabulous job especially with my requested neck tension and foot/scalp requests. I only subtracted a star because it can be very busy/seemed rushed at the beginning of appointment; although I know the front desk worker was trying her best.“

“Laurel was great! I hadn't had a facial in over five years, and I was not happy with the condition of my skin. I explained that I have a very minimal self care routine. I did not have to guess and select a particular facial beforehand. Laurel examined my skin, asked me a few questions and then gave me a custom facial to meet my needs. She answered my questions as she was giving me the facial and suggested some types of products for me to use at home. I appreciated that she did not try to upsell me services nor sell products to me.

She works on her own, so does not have to follow set procedures like they do in the chain places.

It's almost a week later and my skin feels and looks much better! I will definitely be going back to Laurel. And will not wait as long to get my next facial.“

“This is SO long overdue - I had the privilege to meet 1:1 with Jen at the beginning of April this year, 2025. Right away, she put me at ease, her voice and demeanor are soothing and she’s very patient. What I loved about our 1:1, she worked with what I already have/owned. She gave me a wonderful routine to follow for my skin. She taught me how to use the gua sha stone as well - WOW! She turned everything around right away and I was able to start it up immediately. She gave me detailed instructions, and reasonings as to why we were doing things in the order we were.
I am so thankful to have had the opportunity, I continue to implement everything she taught me and my skin is loving it! I am loving it - only takes a few minutes in the morning/night… I highly recommend the investment in yourself ♥️“

“I came to see John with a severely strained back — I could barely straighten up without sharp pain. From the start, he was attentive, professional, and clearly very skilled. He tailored the massage to address the tension and discomfort I was experiencing, focusing on exactly the right areas with just the right pressure.

By the end of the session, I was amazed at the difference: I was able to stand up straight without the intense pain that had been limiting me all day. The relief was immediate and noticeable, and I left feeling both physically better and reassured by his expertise.
