Jake from Rapid Rooter came out to my home and was one of the nastiest and rudest individuals you could meet. I filed a claim through American water resources and they came out as I had a clog in my drain at the rear of my home. Jake walked around back of my home and stated that he would only snake through the front. Next when I requested he out a camera down the pipe he said WHY and i stated to ensure there was no collapsed pipe and he stormed off. Next i asked for the rear drain to unclog the blockage and he refused as he said he didn’t feel like it and he knew it wouldn’t work and said he would be me $1000.
