Had no problem and worker here was pretty responsive via text. I had an usb outlet issue with a brand new monitor bought and used for less than 3 months. I was hesitant shipping out the item, but they were able to provide the shipping box (mailed it out to me) with instruction on how to pack the item and protective foams. They kept me updated via text and item came back to me fairly quickly especially since item was sent out during the holidays. Monitor was sent back to me wrapped and secured in a bunch of bubble wrap. No damages and happy they were able to fix the issue
So it looks like I'll be the first to leave this business a happy review. Several years back my wife got me a Samsung 27" LED monitor. S27D360H if you actually care. The years they made this was 2012-2015 maybe, so way out of warranty. I hate throwing stuff away, and this monitor has really grown on me. I like the design of the white and seafoam blue/green on it. Up until it crapped out it was awesome. From some googling, I learned that the backlight had died and the symptoms were that when turned on it would cycle through the input settings, and then when it would get to the correct one it would turn off the backlight on and the screen would go dark. If you shined a really bright light at the screen you could begin to see stuff on the screen. I gave them a call and was charged $150 for the repair and shipping to and from. It was almost back in under a week and it is right back in its place. The only kicker was that as this was away being repaired my wife and I saw a new one on sale at Costco for around $130. Truthfully, I am glad I have mine back and didn't add it to the mountains of tech waste that keep growing. I don't know if anyone with a good experience doesn't think to make it public or if my experience was really that rare. Thanks, Techeim Inc.
We sent our Samsung tablet( under Warranty) to repair after talking with a Samsung tech support on the phone. The Samsung Repair Center at this New Jersey location returned it back to us saying the Manufacturer Warranty didn't cover the repair because the warranty only covers internal malfunction or damages. We never dropped it or caused any physical damage to it. We always kept it in the case. Our Samsung tablet has a damage in the inner LCD screen which has nothing to do with us and the outer glass of the tablet has no crack or scratch on it. It was not a physical damage and the Repair Center thinks it is. It may be that Samsung tablets can not handle cold temperatures. It's winter time and outside temperature dips down to 10F to 20F. The Repair Center asked us to pay $120 for the repair which is almost the cost of the new tablet.
