This business lied to me and if I could rate this business negative stars I would. Samsung sent my monitor here for repair. The monitor was sent with zero damage. I took photos prior to sending it to avoid this. I received an email stating that the product appearance said, "Scratch Side". I called the repair center and asked why their repair center said there is damage when I sent it without damage.I spoke with someone that said his named was "Andre Howard".He said there is "no damage at all", but their auto generated emails sometimes say that, but it is an issue they needed to fix on their end. I have yet to have a good customer service experience with Samsung in 74 years. I don't know what made me think they could put a new battery in a tablet and be fine with it. My tablet was in pristine condition except for needing a battery and USB port replacement. After two months and not being able to find my table at their shop, they cancelled my order saying they didn't have parts (which I found on Amazon, so they lied). I asked them to return it so I could fix it myself. This repair contractor is 100% price gouging. I have a tablet that is defective from the factory with the LCD screen going crazy, Samsung asked me to send it here, and now they're saying there's damage and it somehow voids the warranty without elaboration and they require $139 to fix. For context, I've never dropped it and the tablet has been used for approximately 3 hours in its lifetime.Super shady and I hope Samsung drops these grifters. Will be following up with Samsung directly as I gather more evidence.
