Bob the Tech Guy is the real deal. He diagnosed the problem with my laptop and gave me a very reasonable price. He finished two days ahead of time, despite having to order parts outside. I recommend Bob and Joyce wholeheartedly to anyone who needs tech help and desires a personal touch.

I brought my computer to Bob the Tech Guy. It was running slow had many pop ups among other issues. The computer came back to me quickly with all issues resolved. I would most definitely recommend this firm to anyone who wants quick, fair and professional service.

I have a 2014 Lenovo laptop. After I spilled water on. It needed a new motherboard. I was told that it was better to purchase a new one. But we get used to our gadgets. The Geek Squad sent it out, proclaimed they couldn't acquire the parts, but recommeneded Bob the Tech Guy. The agent said, "He's in Pompton Plains, not far from you." That wasn't the only benefit. Bob sent out for parts, including a new port, and finished the job at a fair price two days ahead of his original due date. He and Joyce not only did the work they said they would but cleaned the computer to look like new and added some needed screws. I would recommend Bob and Joyce to anyone.
