Before performing the work or providing the proposal, he sent his team to our home to apply two test sites to the rough cut pine siding of our home to ensure and confirm that the correct mixture of product would be used to eliminate the mildew, without damaging the wood. The job was scheduled and the team that did the work were very professional and had great attention to detail. They did not rush the job and actually reapplied the wash in a few areas that were more stained from mildew. Great leadership, company and staff. Much appreciated, thanks Sal for the great work!“

Roofing has been the best I have ever had, to date, with a member of the trades. As a woman with a background in building science, far too many of my experiences with tradespeople that are men have been assuming my ignorance, being condescended to, being cut off and spoken over, and, sadly, receiving estimates from those that I have learned should not be in construction at all due to their lack of knowledge and often combined with an ingrained work culture to just get it done fast, instead of get it done right.Cafo is different. He was on time to the estimate, he was highly respectful, he was friendly, he was knowledgeable, he listened to me and even apologized for accidently cutting me off at one point, and it is highly apparent that he truly loves what he does.While he had an employee accompany him, HE climbed my roof himself to inspect and came back to me with an honest assessment and quote on the spot. Since I had already received quotes from other roofers and experienced their - less than desirable - service, I knew I had found who I was looking for to care for my hundred year old gorgeous slate roof that I was blessed to finally find in my new home.
