“This was our third (maybe 4th) project with OTS. Always pleasant and professional. It’s hard to know what a “fair price” is for a job. My hunch is that we pay a premium for the work done. That work is done with care. For instance, when the job was done there were left-over materials remaining on our drive, including several bags of cement mix. After these items were removed, the workers found our hose and thoroughly washed the dust from the drive. They weren’t asked or expected to do that. That they did was indicative of the service that’s typical with OTS.“

“Home Quality Remodeling NJ Inc. did an excellent job renovating our bathroom. They leveled an old, uneven floor, installed a new base, and beautifully tiled it with marble. The bathroom sheetrock was fully water treated, primed, painted, bathroom fixtures were installed and the final result looks fantastic. Communication throughout the project was great. Effi Hanai was the Project Manager and he was diligent in getting the project completed. It was right around the Christmas holiday week but Effi and the workers were able to wrap the project up ahead of when we originally estimated and the results were fantastic. The price was very fair in my opinion and the work was done professionally. Always nervous dealing with a contractor for the first time but they were super reliable and the work service provided was high quality.
