What started off feeling like an impossible project ended up turning out way better than we ever expected. Gil worked with us every step of the way, going over all the little details and making sure everything came out just the way we wanted. We had a basement door that was to small and could not fit a new washer/dryer and although it was not part of the renovation, Gil took care of us and put a new door in to fit the new washer dryer. Super easy to work with, really professional, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. We’re so happy with how everything turned out, and will be reaching out to Gil for future reno projects. “Val was incredibly attentive, prideful, and thorough in ensuring Established Construction took care of everything we needed. Our home was damaged in a heavy storm, and they immediately came out at night in dangerous conditions to put emergency tarping on the roof to prevent water damage. They then came back as soon as insurance allowed to fix the roof, gutters, interior ceiling/wall damage, and more. All with a reasonable price, quality work, and cleaning up the property well when completed. They even readjusted our fence gate while they were here just because! We would highly recommend Val and his team to anyone looking for an honest contractor who cares.”

He came out and took a look at let me know that my particular situation didn't require his services, but he did let me know exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem.<br><br>I don't know anything about this sort of stuff so he could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance. If I ever do have another problem, Mike will be my first call, and I would recommend him to anyone else who asks.”

“I inherited a holdover tenant from the prior owner of my building. Finally, this tenant left. Unfortunately, this tenant never took care of the apartment and left it in less than ideal shape. It severely needed a full rehab makeover like you see on those HGTV shows. I needed it done soon by a specific schedule within a certain budget. I did my research and chose 3 local companies around Nutley. One of the three was Ace Remodeling. I told them what I specifically wanted and the timeline. The three gave their estimates to me and I ended up choosing Ace. Danny (the owner of Ace) was prompt, gave me a thorough detailed estimate in writing, and was able to start right away.<br>I am very thankful that I chose Ace Remodeling. Danny, Ash, and the rest of the crew are earnest, hardworking, excellent professionals at what they do and it shows. If some unforseen minor obstacle arose, which usually does in these type of jobs, Danny came up with the most cost effective way to solve the issue. In addition, it looks nice. I'm nitpicky about minor things and pointed them out to Danny and the crew during the reconstruction. They were addressed promptly and I was very pleased.<br>The end result after all of their hard, meticulous work was nothing short of spectacular. They finished a little earlier ahead of the deadline, which makes me happy and now I can go rent the apartment out now. Lol, maybe I won't rent it out now because it came out so nice that I might just move in myself.<br>If you want honest, hard-working, meticulous craftsmen doing your project without any worries..I wholeheartedly recommend Danny, Ash, and the crew of Ace Remodeling. Gene came over, showed me what needed to be done, and how he would repair it. He gave me a very reasonable estimate that night. About a week later his workers showed up and completed the job. The railings and the stairs look like brand new. And the backyard where the work was done was cleaner than before they arrived.
