J Careri Construction Co
“We hired Joe Careri to build our home, and several years later, we couldn't be happier with the decision. The quality of the construction is outstanding - solid, reliable, and clearly built to last.
There have been virtually no issues over the years, and zero structural problems, which speaks volumes about the craftsmanship that went into building this house.
On the rare occasion something has come up, Joe has been responsive, sending a sub out right away to take care of it. For example, when some cabinet drawer sliders recently needed replacing due to normal wear and tear, Joe sent our kitchen contractor right out to make the fix. That kind of follow-through after the house is built says a lot about Joe's integrity and commitment to his work.
The subcontractors he brought on were excellent as well, with attention to detail evident throughout every part of the home. It's clear Joe takes pride in doing things right rather than cutting corners.
If you're looking for a builder who delivers a high-quality, durable home and stands behind his work long after the job is done, I highly recommend Joe Careri. Years later, our house still feels as solid as the day we moved in.”
