Receptionist is unbelievably rude when calling to set up an appointment. They also arrived at 10am instead of the 12-2pm window I was given so of course when I went for a walk they showed up. When I arrived home the truck was leaving and as I'm calling to let them know I'm there they ignored me. Very unprofessional. Go with Coppola! They are lovely to speak to!

Called to have them pump out our tanks and even dug and cleaned the area for them and they still ended up costing us more money as the driver cracked one of the tank lids . Won’t be using them ever again after having to replace it

My parents used Lakeland for many years to septic pumpouts, and I had the opportunity to interact with Lakeland this August for the last pumpout before the house was sold. The work was done when scheduled and was done on time, quickly, and efficiently. Dom, the technician doing the pumpout was very engaging and explained everything he was doing. I definitely recommend Lakeland.

My parents used Lakeland for many years to septic pumpouts, and I had the opportunity to interact with Lakeland this August for the last pumpout before the house was sold. The work was done when scheduled and was done on time, quickly, and efficiently. Dom, the technician doing the pumpout was very engaging and explained everything he was doing.
