I hired Kevin to inspect a historic home (over 100 years old) that was not well maintained and had extensive deferred maintenance. Needless to say I gave him a difficult task but he went above and beyond. Kevin was extremely thorough in his inspection and analysis of the property, and explained everything to us in detail as he went along. It was abundantly clear he was very knowledgeable and didn't miss anything. I would highly recommend

My husband and I first met Kevin through our realtor when we purchased our home in Essex County in 2016. The realtor highly recommended Kevin for the qualify his work. Kevin performed the inspection with professionalism, thoroughness and integrity. He went above and beyond with the inspection, no detail was overlooked and explained everything to us in great details.
