“I am a 71-year old "baby" when it comes to going to the dentist. My irrational fears have kept me away from a dental chair for 10 years, but today I decided to change that. I am so very thankful that Roman Dental Arts is not only close to me, but they completely understood my high anxiety, and put me at compete ease starting with the front desk with a warm, caring and understanding welcome. I was promptly seen by Dr Alissa Roman, who not only understood my anxiety, she also eased my fears instantly. After a thorough exam with a clear explanation of her findings, and a long overdue cleaning, she formulated a workable long-tern treatment plan to address my serious issues. Simply put, I could not have chosen a better place to conquer my irrational fears! If there is anyone else reading this who can identify with my silly fears of going to the dentist, please make the decision to stop ignoring good self-care and pickup the phone to call Roman Dental Arts. “After I was in serious pain and discomfort and turned away for one week by my former implant dentist Oppenheimer in Kingston NY, I called Dr. Rodriguez in a panic. I was given a same day appointment for an emergency extraction and mini implant! It was performed by the amazing Dr. Samuel Lemieux at this office. I’m so glad I went to see them! The most kind, gentle and caring dentists. I was put out of my pain and misery by Dr. Lemieux in less than two hours. I can now eat and talk again. So happy to be feeling healthy! Friendly front desk staff, ultra clean office with high tech equipment. They did not upsell me like my former implant dentists who said I needed full mouth restoration. Dr. Rodriguez has very fair pricing and she offers a payment plan. I highly recommend this office. I’ll be going back for my follow up in one month and I’ll continue taking care of my teeth there.
