Just had my first appointment and feel so appreciative of the care the team took across the board from the receptionist walking me through my insurance and payment options, to the hygienists and technicians spending extra time and care answering my questions; making sure I left with clear X-rays, next steps and, most importantly, clean teeth. Dr. Shalman checked in multiple times to make sure he understood my background and discuss on going tooth care. He went above and beyond even offering a discount for a service that wasn’t covered by my insurance.
The team is great! Olga was patient working with me get my appointments and paperwork set! The dental hygienist Monica was reassuring and careful with cleaning my teeth. And Dr Alex. explained everything steps by step of my treatment to help get my smile back.
