“This was my first experience and it was amazing! The space was clean and inviting. The music and lighting were relaxing and not sterile and bright like most wax places. She was thorough and took her time. I got a Brazilian wax. She did small sections which was helpful because I hadn’t been waxed in a long time. She applied pressure after removing the wax which was helpful. She is pleasant and engaging. She even had my favorite drink on deck! She has snacks and drinks for after your service. She also does offer facials and other esthetics. It was a whole vibe! Stop by and get a service!“

“Dr. Janjua is one of a kind. He is not only one of the nicest doctors, but one of the nicest people I have ever met. He truly cares about his clients wants and needs. I had a failed septoplasty three years ago which left me with chronic sinusitis and I felt helpless over this. Dr. Janjua worked with me over multiple visits to come to a conclusion on the best possible solution to my constant sinus infections and discomfort. Today is about one week post septo-rhinoplasty and I am already in awe of the results, and I know it will only get better. “Finally decided to use my gift certificate received a couple of months back. Called 1/1, to make an appointment for a massage and facial based off gift certificate. Upon my arrival I told the lady who came to the front desk that I had an appointment, she asked what time and I told her, she said I was early and asked me to sit in another sitting area. Not fully confirming what my appointment was for. Some time after another lady came over to bring me to the room, she spoke no English. Once I settled in the room she used her phone to translate and it seemed like the translation really didn’t work. The massage was very hard and left me sore. Once done I told the masseuse that I also had a facial. The lady from front desk came in and asked if I could reschedule they were busy. I told her when I called I scheduled for both. Like 10 min later another lady came in for my facial, which was great! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name she did mention she only works Sunday. If someone is going to need to use a translator app to communicate with customer, that’s fine but someone else should be available to ensure the communication is clear. Never left a spa in discomfort. The spa itself is clean and well kept.“
