This was my second time going to Lauren and she’s great! She really makes sure to get everything and her application is nice and precise. She is also very friendly and so is the receptionist! I can’t wait for my next appointment!
My usually waxed was out and I was assigned Catalina as my replacement. She was excellent at my waxing. Very little pain experienced. This Warren location is top tier in customer service and professionalism. My first experience with Catalina and I was thoroughly impressed.
