I’ve had many Brazilians before, but this was my first time with Hailey—and definitely not my last! We all know how uncomfortable these appointments can sometimes be, but that was not the case with her at all.

Hailey made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She took her time, was professional, nonjudgmental, and so easy to talk to. Honestly, it felt less like an appointment and more like catching up with an old friend. The conversation flowed naturally, which made the entire experience so much more relaxing. On top of that, she did an amazing job. I highly recommend booking with Hailey!

I had such a great experience with Hailey! She is incredibly gentle and makes the entire process as comfortable as possible. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes her time to make sure everything is done perfectly.

What I appreciated most is how easy she is to talk to—she keeps the conversation flowing, which honestly makes the appointment go by so much faster and takes your mind off everything. Her professionalism and friendly energy make a huge difference.

Jay is literally so great, it was my first experience at EWC in Hillsborough and was nervous but she really is quick, has a great personality. A big plus is this has been a decently painless experience other than the regular sensation of having hairs ripped by the root! The front staff was very informative about their deals !
