We requested the installation of numerous shrubs on our property in the fall of 2022. Some shrubs failed in early summer 2023. We requested replacement of failed shrubs in accordance with the company's one year replacement warranty. Although the owner promised to replace the failed shrubs in text messages, he did not follow through despite numerous text message requests over many weeks from the customer ,nor did the owner compensate the customer in anyway. Value is not good since warranty for plantings were not honored.
Fantastic job! SLS transformed my backyard into an oasis. I was referred to them by my sister who had a lot of work done; ranging from a hot tub patio, raised patio and a firepit installed.John and his team were very easy to work with, extremely thorough, and CLEAN. I couldn’t be happier! Very fair pricing, we highly recommend! Thanks again John!
