My friend recommended me to come to this office because she loves it so much and I totally agree! As soon as you walk into the office it smells so wonderful. The waiting area is very spacious and there are so many rooms. The dental tech Amanda was amazing the entire time. She made me feel comfortable and did the fastest Xrays, she is very proficient. Dr. Shannon has wonderful bedside manner and made me feel comfortable. As well as the front desk coordinator Kevin, very polite and helpful. Great facility!
I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist. So much so that it’s been 25 years since I have been to one. Katherine and Dr. Shannon came highly recommended by people in my local Facebook group, especially to those who have anxiety. From the minute I booked the appointment online my communication with them was amazing. Kevin in the front was so nice and supportive. They could all tell I was anxious (probably the crying gave it away) and everyone was incredibly nice and patient. I met with Katherine, Dr. Shannon, and Lani and got the work I needed to get done to fix my toothache and I can not recommend them enough. Dentists there are all great!!! Julia was my hygienist today and she was amazing. I'm a dentist's daughter so I'm both nervous in the chair and picky. 100% would recommend this office for care.
