Stephen came over and did a fantastic job installing our stair lift. He stayed extra time to explain paperwork and chat casually. He went above and beyond. He explained the system, possible issues down the line, and every detail in between. 2 remotes were provided and a manual. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Id recommend Stephen and this company to anybody looking for their services. Extremely professional, insightful, and funny to top it off. 10/10
