I got my first ever cavity filled there and I was a nervous wreck. Everyone was so nice and comforting, even the dental hygienist that were not working on my teeth. They made me feel comfortable to react any way I felt needed and comforted me the whole time.
Thank you to April, an amazing Manager at Charmoy Dental and the staff, especially those at the front desk holding everything together... They have a great program giving you two cleanings within a year for those tight with their budget but still wanting dental services. Unfortunately, I had other issues that prevented me from being able to fully participate with my second visit and instead of sending me on my merry way with a frown on my face, April without hesitation resolved it in a friendly and shockingly accommodating manner that was unlike any other office I have ever experienced. My first appointment at Charmoy was immaculate. The front desk staff were pleasant and very welcoming. Laura did excellent work with my cleaning. She was very patient, gentle, and great at answering any questions I had.
When Dr. Schultz performed my dental exam he was kind and honest as he did not try to recommend anything I did not need (unlike my experience with other dental offices in the past).
I will be returning for a follow up and staying with Charmoy Dental.
