Technicians are responsive and prompt, always talk to us before and after. Arcadia prices are much better than Viking, charged us $20 to treat maple tree for lantern flies (after Viking charged $500.!)
The Arcadia company was so generous and patient with me because I had other things wrong, that they needed to come clear out a huge nest, so I could get the boiler fixed. The young man who came pointed out some areas, that I could fix, so we don't get a wall of yellow jackets again.
My husband and I recently contacted Arkadia to come out and take care of some pests throughout our new home and they were absolutely wonderful. Both times, they showed up on time and were helpful in educating us about what to expect in different seasons and how to care for our home in between visits. I also find that their administrative staff is very professional and quick to help and answer any questions I have! I highly recommend them!
