Excellent service cleaning my wall to wall carpeting. They kept me informed of my appointment and arrived within the time window. I was given ample notice when the technician was coming. I was given an estimate beforehand which was finalized before the work began. Really happy with the result.

Work done quickly. Cleaned two sofas & chair. Technician (Tom) protected surrounding areas before starting. Returned everything back in its place. Definitely recommend the firm.

Chen Dry always does a great job! My carpets look great and aren’t water-logged like steam cleaning does. The technician was polite and made sure everything was back in place when he was finished.
