“I inherited a holdover tenant from the prior owner of my building. Finally, this tenant left. Unfortunately, this tenant never took care of the apartment and left it in less than ideal shape. It severely needed a full rehab makeover like you see on those HGTV shows. I needed it done soon by a specific schedule within a certain budget. I did my research and chose 3 local companies around Nutley. One of the three was Ace Remodeling. I told them what I specifically wanted and the timeline. The three gave their estimates to me and I ended up choosing Ace. Danny (the owner of Ace) was prompt, gave me a thorough detailed estimate in writing, and was able to start right away.
I am very thankful that I chose Ace Remodeling. Danny, Ash, and the rest of the crew are earnest, hardworking, excellent professionals at what they do and it shows. If some unforseen minor obstacle arose, which usually does in these type of jobs, Danny came up with the most cost effective way to solve the issue. In addition, it looks nice. I'm nitpicky about minor things and pointed them out to Danny and the crew during the reconstruction. They were addressed promptly and I was very pleased.
The end result after all of their hard, meticulous work was nothing short of spectacular. They finished a little earlier ahead of the deadline, which makes me happy and now I can go rent the apartment out now. Lol, maybe I won't rent it out now because it came out so nice that I might just move in myself.

“NJ Kitchens and Baths just completed a full renovation of the 1980's kitchen in my 1947 cape cod style house. From the start, their professionalism showed through. Everything was clear, friendly, and up front. They listened to what we wanted, offered very helpful recommendations and suggestions, laid out a design plan, a schedule, explicit pricing, a clear list of what they were responsible for and what we'd be responsible for. They pulled and handled all the permits. They delivered everything, and did it ahead of schedule! When surprise issues arose (it's an old house!), they discussed options and worked with us to make sure it didn't kill our budget. The quality of the work is top notch and they were very detailed. On top of everything else, the workers were professional, and very clean. This was very important as we have two small children living in the house. “Stone Plus Design did amazing work with my kitchen countertops! My best friend recommended them to me and I would highly recommend them. The guys at the office, Sam and Isaac were great—professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The guys who removed and installed my beautiful quartz countertops were very thorough and did a great job especially with the join that was needed for one of the longer sides—it’s practically seamless.
Please keep in mind Stone Plus removed and installed my countertops. Don’t pay mind to my tile-less walls, which are part of a DIY project.“

“Tony, the owner, did our kitchen years ago. When our son needed work done on his house, we referred him to Tony. He and his daughter, Jessica, are absolutely fantastic. Jessica's design ideas are fabulous, and Tony makes sure the work gets done correctly and on budget. The work involved gutting and re-doing three bathrooms, replacing many of the wood floors and all of the windows in the house, moving several walls, painting, and installing new closets.

I was very nervous about the cabinet door because it had a large crack right up the middle. He worked so clean and made my cabinets look brand new. The repair on the split cabinet was done beautifully also. A plus is he likes dogs and was super nice to my Whippet, Rosy! There were a few issues and dead space but that was my fault for not communicating it correctly in my design plan. The quality of the materials is excellent and the finishes are durable. We would have no problems using them again on other projects and have referred them out to others already. They are friendly, responsive and have a great eye for detail.“
