Breathing Dragon Yoga

I came to breathing dragon yoga following an experience that left me deeply distraught. Little did I know that the this community was going to save my life. I am not one to choose stillness, I am rather neurotic, but when I arrived here for my first hot yoga class in over 10 years, just like the immense sweat multiplying out of my pores, it all melted away--I was still, I was present, and felt the courage to overcome the adversity I had just faced. Best hot yoga in Montgomery (whole state of NJ for the matter) ... hands down, no contest ... Breathing Dragon Yoga. After 10 years of practice, I can say that my experience with this community has been life changing, and beneficial beyond the yoga room. It's not fitness, it's not exercise, its mindfulness, meditation, elevation, and transformation. So happy to find this hot yoga studio during my visit. I loved each and every class but the most I enjoyed was Laiko class. She’s an incredibly sweet lady and teaches the vinyasa style which I love ? And she took this awesome pic ?
