I love NailZone. Lisa, my technician is very good at what she does and is reliable/on time & communicative about appointments. I have never had to wait. Michelle, the owner, is very welcoming. Sorry to see some negative reviews, I’ve been coming every 2-3 weeks for the past year and have never had a bad experience!
Genuinely did not feel welcome here. I was rushed to pay and felt dismissed by the busy owner/manager. I got a basic manicure but my cuticles still feel sharp and undone. The filing tools were being shared between me and another client. Kinda gross.
I've been getting manicures and pedicures at this salon regularly for at least 5 years. This salon is extremely clean. Most of the technicians have been there at least since I started going for services. The women are so sweet and engaging in addition to the wonderful jobs they do. I am stunned by the negative reviews.
