My foot looks like this after a pedicure. The technician didn’t even remove the callous! Basis 101 pedicure. She took a shortcut because they were closing up soon but didn’t hesitate to charge me the full amount. Not coming here ever again

I got a ok customer service but I got my nails done here on Thursday morning, gel manicure and gel pedicure with tip on one toe, it’s so uneven I can’t even believe how bad it looks.
My nails already chipped today is Sunday.
Not happy with this result and it’s overpriced.
Please update the gel color so they can last longer.

Why all the negativity?? I have been going here for years. It used to super clean and the women who work there are accommodating and pleasant. There are nail salons on every corner I won't go anywhere else. Jackie used to the best
