He's polite, professional, and actually listens. His guys have also been great to work with. He stands 100% behind the work that his guys do, which is so appreciated. He picks up the phone when you need to get in touch with him (and if not at that moment, he will call back asap), and doesn't ghost. If anything goes wrong, he's right there to make it right. Honestly, it's been a pleasure working with him and his guys, and I will definitely be a repeat customer (and sending everyone I know that needs a contractor his way).
