“I called Jamie in the beginning of the week, I explained what needed to be done over the phone (some baseboarding and wire shelving set up). He explained to me what it would cost me (very reasonable) and we set a date and time for later that week. He communicated to make sure we were still on track and came right on the appointed time. Jamie delivered and priced exactly as was discussed then cleaned up after he was done. Will use again and refer his services.“

“New Outlooks did a wonderful job renovating my fixer-upper. This house was nearly a full gut, needing so much work I couldn't even get a conventional mortgage. Fortunately, Jose was willing to work with a FHA 203k renovation loan. New Outlooks worked from the inside out, repairing damaged drywall and framing, electrical, installing LVP flooring, new windows, doors, and siding. They worked quickly and efficiently, completing the project in about 3 months. Jose kept me updated on any issues identified throughout the process (and there were many given the scope of work).
