I enrolled my twin daughters into classes and they love it! They are changed kids.. Mr. L has brought them out of their shell, and gave them confidence! I’ve also been training and it’s a life changer! Highly recommended!??
We’ve seen a huge boost in our 4-year-old’s confidence since starting at Training 4 Life. The workouts are thoughtful and age-appropriate, with just the right mix of structure, challenge, and fun. The owner sets the tone with genuine enthusiasm and care for every student. Highly recommend.
Before I started training here I had absolutely no confidence in my physical skillset or confidence. Not only is Chris extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he instilled the love of learning how to get stronger and more aware of what you're physically capable of, but his gyms amazing culture changed my entire outlook on what it means to be active. Learning Jiu-jitsu has been the best thing for me to learn physically and mentally, and I cannot thank this place enough for having upstanding values, training, cleanliness, and most of all fun.
