About PediatriCare Associates
PediatriCare Associates is a pediatric practice with multiple locations. Reviews from long-term patients, some for over 15 years, highlight that the doctors are consistently described as great, excellent, compassionate, and providing the best care. Many parents appreciate how the doctor is with the patient. The practice is noted for having numerous plaques for best doctors of the year. Parents report being able to get sick appointments quickly, often the same day or next day, and have no problems scheduling well visits. The office is always described as clean. The nursing staff receives praise for being knowledgeable, helpful, kind, friendly, and for answering questions thoroughly. Feedback on the office staff is mixed. Some find them friendly and cordial, checking patients in and out without issue. Others describe the staff at two locations as the worst and unprofessional, noting they will not go out of their way over the phone, with one specific staff member highlighted as a very experienced and helpful exception. Despite some staff concerns and significant travel distances some families endure, many patients highly recommend the practice.
While the doctors are kind enough to see the patients and communicate politely, the staff is horrible.
Very impolite, loud and unprofessional.
As a healthcare professional, a doctor myself, I understand the other side very well.
And I can assure that they don’t have the right attitude towards patients and their caretakers.
And this is not the first time I had this experience with them, it’s literally everytime.
Hence, I decided to change the provider for good.
Been coming here for years and we do like the doctors, but the receptionist are very nervous and can't here you unless you have a shouting match, then will pass you on to the next receptionist that has a bigger shouting match with you, then smiles and says have a good day.
Rude to me, rude to my children. Terrible bedside manor. Unhelpful in every matter. Unprofessional. Don't know how to interact with children, especially ones with disabilities. Refused to give my child their vaccine once because they were crying. Yelled at my children. Just terrible.
