Took my child’s records, we were told it would take a few days to review them. Two and a half weeks later and not even a call to excuse themselves, we ended up picking her records back up and finding a new pediatrician. We understand things happen and that there are other patients, but they didn’t even apologize for the delay.

The doctor just called me and told me that the staff gave the wrong vaccine to my daughter. The vaccine was supposed to be given at 4 years old and they gave it to my 15 months old child. Staff needs to remember they deal with kids and need to be extra careful!

We have 3 girls. Going there for 16 years. I personally like the doctors. Im neutral about most of the staff. My wife doesn't like the staff and most of the doctors. She feels the femle doctors are only friendly to male parents. Requesting things from the staff over the phone....don't expect them to go out of their way except for Kim. She's been there for years and very experienced. 2 stars for the staff, 5 for Kim and 4 for the doctors.
