I’ve been to this Urgent Care twice, once a few years back for a COVID pcr test and just within the past week to have a faulty ear piercing removed, and have had positive experiences both times. This week I was seen by Dr. Patel who was extremely friendly, straightforward, and helpful. She treated the piercing within less than 5 mins, warning me when I should expect some pain (it ended up being painless) and provided clear aftercare instructions.I’m surprised to see some of the poor reviews on here - she was extremely attentive, easy to connect with, and well-spoken. I would give 6 stars if I could. This past December I woke up with a sore throat. Assuming it was simply allergies or a head cold, I didn't rush to a doctor. Within a day I developed a fever that spiked at 101. I tried to go to Minute Clinic, only to find that they now require appointments. So much for urgent care. I came here and as able to get right in. The office staff was welcoming and made it clear they wanted to help. Within only a few minutes a doctor was in the exam room checking my throat and vitals. They did both Strep and Covid tests on site. They set me up with a prescription to help with my throat and fever. They took time to answer questions and address...read full review

I was recently seen by PA Aneri and had a wonderful experience. Her exam was thorough and she had a fantastic bedside manner. She was professional, addressed all of my concerns, and could not have been any nicer!
