Before performing the work or providing the proposal, he sent his team to our home to apply two test sites to the rough cut pine siding of our home to ensure and confirm that the correct mixture of product would be used to eliminate the mildew, without damaging the wood. The job was scheduled and the team that did the work were very professional and had great attention to detail. He explained everything he was doing, gave me choices when able, and gave me advice during the process. He did a beautiful and precise job, and cleaned up afterward. He even told me how to properly clean the grout. He answered all of my questions (even the ones I had after he left). Great guy to deal with, and prices are reasonable.
