Mike was a pleasure to work with. Buying a home can be extremely stressful and Mike made it that much easier to feel confident in my purchase. He was extremely thorough and his report was very detailed. I felt like I knew exactly what I was purchasing when he was done. Excellent service and very professional. The inspector came to my home to look at dryer vent going thru attic and thru roof. He grabbed his ladder and went into attic. He examined the entire area carefully, took clear pictures and explained everything to me so i could best understand the issue. Later that evening (same day!) he emailed me his report including all the photo, with specific and clear notes. If you are looking for a home inspector, you must contact this service!
