“I have been a customer of New Spa 9 since the new ownership / management. Ann and CiCi are always professional and give great deep tissue massages. They are always so quick to find the knots and work on them.

Like many people, I constantly have knots and aches in my upper and lower back. I have tried chiropractors but, that did not help me at all. For the back aches that I have, deep tissue massages are the only way to relieve the pain. I always feel little to no pain after the massages and for days following.“

She did not hurt me, but applied pressure firmly to the parts of my feet that actually were hurting me. I would say the only thing at first was communication. At the beginning of visit I thought she has not asked me anything she didn’t say more than Hello and Goodbye, it didn’t really bother me too much afterwards because it was a quiet atmosphere, environment so I guess that’s why she didn’t talk, but I’m I’m a talker so I think that’s the only thing for me personally but otherwise great experience.“

Her dedication to trimming and painting my nails, the relaxing massages, and attention to every little detail were amazing.
