I attended a Connection Circle event last night at Core Wellness Center in Little Falls. Kieran provided a lovely, peaceful & relaxing experience that disconnected us from daily stresses while connecting us with community. I've also had private Reiki & Chakra Balancing w/Kieran & highly recommend it to all. Life is a battlefield. Our minds & bodies need a break, a cleansing of stored emotions and a re-balancing. You'll leave a session w/Kieran feeling totally refreshed.

I knew I didn't feel like myself, so I went in with an open mind and no expectations. The experience was incredible and truly opened my eyes to the power of Reiki.
I've now seen Kieran three times, and I genuinely feel like a renewed version of myself. I've noticed positive changes in my energy, mindset, and overall well-being. Even my husband has commented that he feels different too, more open, positive, and at peace.
If you've been curious about Reiki but have been hesitant, just rip the Band-Aid off and give it a try. I'm so glad I did, and I'm grateful to Kieran for helping me reconnect with myself.

Kieran is amazing. I have been through some very difficult times and since I have met Kieran, she has introduced me the understanding of energy, vibrations and wavelengths. I have gotten more progress in 2 sessions compared to to months with a therapist.
