Solved the problem of a broken hard to replace heater part that had temperature of house at 53 degrees Fahrenheit with knowledge, thoroughness, and shorter period of time than expected.

I had a very positive experience with Elliott-McElwee. My cooling unit decided it was a good time to malfunction when it was close to 100 degrees fahrenheit outside. The technician identified the problem and had my unit back up and operating in no time. The service tech was very professional and friendly.

I needed new mini split for 3rd floor of my residence. I got 4 estimates from local contractors. Elliott-McElwee’s estimate beat out all of their competitors for the same equipment (beating one estimate by over $3,000). Technicians were very pleasant and completed the project without any issues. I would reach out to company for future needs.
