Mamadou came for an annual plumbing inspection and was absolutely wonderful. He explain everything he was looking for very clearly as well as explained the best course of action for each issue. He was incredible!
My son had a tub faucet that broke and the water wasn’t able to be shut off. Ben Franklin got someone out within the hour. Joey was the technician who came out. He was able to get the water shut off and is coming back tomorrow to replace everything. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Cleaned up after himself and wore his booties in the house to not track dirt in. Thank you Ben Franklin for getting someone out so quickly!
I used Benjamin Franklin plumbing again this morning. On Saturday I noticed the piping dropped underneath the kitchen sink. Just a minor adjustment and DJ showed me the proper way to insulate pipe outside. I just need to get duck tape to seal the foam around the pipes outside. Easy peasy.
