“I’m surprised at the negative comments. I had a good experience. I called to send over my mermaid braid inspo pics and get a quote. Marie explained the process to me very thoroughly.

I bought my hair at a beauty supply, showed her to see if I should get more, then came back a few days later to get my hair done. It took about 6 hours but came out so beautiful.

I paid $250 via zelle while other places were quoting me $350 minimum. I’m very happy with the result!

-It’s basically by appointment only so call first
-There is hair available to purchase
-The location and atmosphere is not great, but for the decent pricing and good quality it’s worth it“

“I have no complaints. Comfort is very professional. Appointment was at 1:15, we started at 1:30pm and finished shortly after the time listed. That is amazing service. My hair came out super cute. The fact that she does everything is great because I can refer family. It’s far from my house but worth the commute. The shop is clean. And there’s none of those IG hairstyling rules. Also there’s parking. To me it’s perfect.
