“Thanks Grace for doing my hair today! I can say that she was very gentle with my hair and made sure to not braid tight and kept it moisturized. I can say a lot of braiding salons do not know how to care for natural hair but this salon definitely does! I will make sure to come back. I also like how the prices are set because some salons try to make up the prices. I did pay for medium length I thought it would be a little longer in length but I think the curls kind of made it look shorter. However I’m appreciative of the work and this was my first time booking a braiding appointment online.“

My hair health and natural curl pattern has been transformed and I can’t imagine letting anyone else touch my hair. For my natural girls— her blow outs are also super gentle and preserve your curl pattern which I love during colder months.“

“I have no complaints. Comfort is very professional. Appointment was at 1:15, we started at 1:30pm and finished shortly after the time listed. That is amazing service. My hair came out super cute. The fact that she does everything is great because I can refer family. It’s far from my house but worth the commute. The shop is clean. And there’s none of those IG hairstyling rules. Also there’s parking. To me it’s perfect.

“Tholuwany is excellent. My hair is natural and has regressed a bit, and started falling out. I was looking for someone who could attempt to catch short hair, so I can start growing it back. I saw a video on Tholuwany’s page of her doing short hair and I was impressed. I went to her and couldn’t be happier. Since it’s short a few did fall out and Tholuwany was happy to re-do those for me. That’s great customer service. Now they’re tight again. I saw her two weeks ago and am seeing hair growth already. She’s responsive, easy to reach and easy to book an appointment. I’d recommend Tholuwany and will be returning!“
