“My masseuse and massage were great.However. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was told that I “had canceled the appointment last night.”(Quick background: this wasn’t possible as I had *just* found out about the appointment that my husband had made for me.) The receptionists were not willing to offer any solutions or work with us to reschedule. Once a manager had been reached, we were able to find out that the wrong number was contacted for the appointment confirmation and that’s how the appt got canceled. Thankfully, a masseuse offered to stay longer to fit me in and problem solve the situation. But it seems reception might need some training/support.“

Soon as I got there the young ladies were very professional with getting me signed in. My massage therapist Latisa Alford was the absolute best. She made me feel very comfortable.
