“My masseuse and massage were great.However. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was told that I “had canceled the appointment last night.”(Quick background: this wasn’t possible as I had *just* found out about the appointment that my husband had made for me.) The receptionists were not willing to offer any solutions or work with us to reschedule. Once a manager had been reached, we were able to find out that the wrong number was contacted for the appointment confirmation and that’s how the appt got canceled. Thankfully, a masseuse offered to stay longer to fit me in and problem solve the situation. But it seems reception might need some training/support.“

Soon as I got there the young ladies were very professional with getting me signed in. My massage therapist Latisa Alford was the absolute best. She made me feel very comfortable. So with that I was able to relax more. Her message was outstanding. The way she really took her time and explained everything to me. Getting a message with her you won’t be disappointed.
