In my 40 years as a Real Estate Broker, this was by far the worst experience any of my buyers have had with a lender. No one oversaw the file to ensure that everything was ready for underwriting. Then, there was an error on their part that delayed the closing even more. And they had months to prepare for closing. The closing should have taken one hour, it took two.
