First I would like to thank Rate House Mortgage for making our dream house come true. Hands up to Brian Cohen, Karolina Walus and Robert Marnell for making the process easy on our part. From Day one up to the finish line Brian was so hands on and always on top of everything. He’s very helpful and always answers when you have any questions. I have worked with the Rate House on multiple transactions always with satisfaction. Roger Sanchez, Robert Marnel, and Brian Cohen are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. It is rare that a Rate House transaction does not close on or near the target close date.
