“I got my eyebrows designed by Helen and then done by Phoebe this past spring, May 2024. Just went for my touch up last week Aug 2024, and I LOVE LOVE how they turned out. Helen advised on doing ombre eyebrows since I had gotten microblading done 2 years prior in Seoul and had not been 100% happy with them. The color on my eyebrows were starting to turn a reddish color even before a year had past. To cover, she designed what would fit my eyebrow shape, and also fixed the unevenness from the prior time. It turned out fantastic and you seriously cannot even tell I had reddish eyebrows. I couldn't be happier!

I will add that I was in Seoul for work this past summer and contemplated getting it done there. However, after researching and seeing that my friend also got hers done with Inkredible Touch Permanent Ink and loved it, I decided to do it before I left in May. My family and friends in Seoul complimented me on my eyebrows and all asked where I'd gotten in done thinking I'd gotten them done in Seoul, ha! I am 100% so happy with my decision to get them done with Inkredible Touch. I'm also grateful that I can follow up on a timely basis with them Stateside for the initial follow up and also for years to come. (I am not always able to do this if I get it done overseas.)

Both of them made me very comfortable and were very hospitable. Phoebe was meticulous and made sure I was pleased with the way it looked. Pheobe also did the same for when I returned for my follow up and I had full confidence in her quiet, detail-orientedness. They gave thorough directions with aftercare. Follow instructions carefully, and trust the process. Even when your eyebrows peel/flake, know that they will look amazing in a few weeks' time. Thank you Helen. Thank you Phoebe.
