“HIGHLY recommended. I came out because I had a leak way up on my roof in the vent stack. The guys came on time and went way up there and fixed it really, really well. They showed me photos of the old cover and it was in ruins. I also saw how they did the new one and by their work I could tell they were really knowledgeable on how to work on roofing. I asked about other parts of the roof, where they could have charged me more, but instead gave me some free advice and inspected the roof and patched some nail pops at no extra charge. I am going to hire them to do more just because they did such a great job with this small project. I am confident they do quality work, and I have an eye for how things are done. I am actually contacting them right now to do some more work for me. A very smart way to do business, I think this company is going to go very far.“

“I will recommend A and J glass to my friends and families. The owners (brothers) of AJ glass are very nice, responsive, and responsible. A and J glass also had the best quote among the 3 quotes I got.I would give the owner 5 stars, but the installer less. The installer installed the towel bar inside the shower. Also, the stationary panel was installed in the outer track. Basically, the whole shower door was installed totally opposite from the correct way. I told the installer I wanted the towel outside so it would not get wet during shower. The installer claimed he had 10 years’ experience and he had seen towel handle inside the shower. I told him the owner and I agreed to have the towel handle outside. When I brought the issue to the owners, they were concerned and came to assess the situation. They had the installer came back and flipped over the glass in the right way. Other than that, I am happy with the results.“

“I first met Dave while I was walking my dog and was very impressed with his gutter making machine and I inquired I instantly noticed how clean their crew worked and when I asked a question, Dave seemed extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that he took pride in his work. “We purchased our home in 2021. It was the original siding and thanks to a few good storms we lost some of it. Come to find out we had some other issues going on under it. We decided to remodel our exterior and upgrade the front of our home with stone work. After getting referrals from neighbors we received 4 quotes, all great companies. We decide to go with Tri -State, not because of the price, but there representative Jordan was very patient with us. He didn’t try to sell us on anything but instead took the time to walk us through the project, explain what the materials were and why they were important. He gave us options to not only choose from but that would work within our budget. He made himself available to us at all hours of the day and night and worked on getting us samples so we had something to physically see and compare. Choosing siding and stone is not easy from a magazine. Jordon also took the time to find homes they had worked on and showed us photos of the final product, really helping us visualize it on our home and bring it all together. The staff at Tri-State were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our project manager was also outstanding. Marcelo was here on day one and came throughout the project. He kept an open line of communication with us, which in our opinion, is very important. We did come across a couple minor issues but each one was addressed and corrected immediately. Marcelo came out personally on his day off to address them. This made things very easy for us. Our overall experience was great and we LOVE how our exterior came out. In our experience we can say when Tri-State says they stand by there product and work, they truly mean it. The Tri-State team was outstanding and we highly recommend them for any projects you may have. Out of all the quotes we received they were fair and offered a great finance plan, if one is need for your project.
